By ordering this item online you agree to the following set in this purchase agreement for a custom-made item made for you and entered between you, the purchaser and Sanyork Fair Trade (Sanyork Sales and Distribution, inc.) the seller.

CUSTOM HANDMADE ORDER AGREEMENT

This order agreement is entered into between Sanyork Fair Trade (“Seller”) and you the purchaser (“Customer”) for the creation of a custom handmade item(s) as described in this listing above.

1. Order Details

Production and completion of the item in this listing as described.
Using the specified materials in this listing and handcrafted to a similar or like product.
Estimated Completion Time: 6–8 weeks from the date of the payment in full.

2. Payment Terms

Payment of the total Price at the time of placing this online order including shipping charges.
A confirmation agreement of a 50% cancellation fee goes into effect when this order is placed.  
If order is cancelled any time after payment a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed to any refund or credit.
Customer waves any chargeback or refund of 50% of the custom order after the purchase.
Customer agrees that any dispute with a third-party payment processor for cancellation or non-delivery will wave a 50% cancellation fee to the seller.
All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Production Timeline

Production begins once the deposit is received and all design details are confirmed in order.
The 6–8-week timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances like freight delays and weather delays. 

4. Cancellation Policy

If the Customer cancels the order after production has begun, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained by the Seller to cover materials and labor costs.
If the Seller cancels the order for any reason, all payments made by the Customer will be refunded in full.

5. Custom Nature of Order

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of the item(s), all sales are final once completed and delivered, except in cases of defect or damage caused during production or shipping.
All work is artisan made, due to the nature of handmade artisan products have expected detail differences are expected.

6. Acceptance of Agreement

By placing the order online and confirming payment and by receiving the order both parties agree to the terms outlined above.
